Uncle Sam's Fireworks has been locally owned and operated for 27 years, ever since Consumer Fireworks were allowed for legal sale in Wisconsin. In 1995 we moved to our current location, offering over 12,000 square feet of fireworks under one roof.

With our state legal shooting site, we are the only fireworks store in the area able to test each and every item we sell. This allows us to only sell fireworks we personally approve as the absolute best. We don't depend on fancy wrappers or industry marketing, we use our own eyes. If we don't love it, we don't sell it. This also allows our sales team (With over 100 years of fireworks experience) to tell you exactly what you are purchasing or help you find that exact effect you desire.

In accordance with Wisconsin Statue 167.10 we are also able to offer state legal USER PERMITS from the Town of Wayne (That's the town where we are located). No bogus "Possessor Permits" or "Shooting Clubs" here. Only state legal firework sales, to not only protect ourselves but to protect YOU from possessing fireworks illegally.
